This was definitely very good choices we had for restaurant week. Oceana restaurant was located at 55 E 54th St (between Madison Ave & Park Ave) in New York, tel.: (212) 759-5941. It’s one of restaurants from Livanos Restaurant Group.
The look of the restaurant felt a little dated, it’s feel like a luxury ocean liner, but food was excellent with fantastic desserts at end. We loved everything and this is the best place in New York, if you like Bronzini (European Seabass). It was served for two and stuffed with swiss chard, mushrooms and I never had such yummy fish before.
After 18 years in this location, Oceana is moving to new location at 1221 Avenue of Americas and grand re-opening will be in August.

Select from more than 250 participating restaurants for NYC’s Restaurant Week and enjoy scrumptious food at some of the city’s most renowned restaurants at a bargain price. Restaurant Week is truly a great opportunity to try out a restaurant that may usually be to expensive for your budget or may seem like too much of a gamble at normal prices. The most popular Restaurant Week choices are generally booked quickly, so the sooner you get to the phone or computer to make your reservations, the better. Not all restaurants will have the discounted meals on the weekend, so make sure to call and ask this question. Also, some restaurants limit the restaurant week menu (generally a pared down menu which includes some of their specialties) to select seating times during lunch and dinner; so mention that you are interested making a reservation for the Restaurant Week offering.
NYC’s Summer 2009 Restaurant Week

Do not miss it, it’s really a good deal! I try a few new restaurants every year during Restaurant Week and so far, I have not been disappointed.
Here are some of my favorites: Nobu, Nobu Next Door, David Burke Townhouse, Le Cirque, JoJo, Bobby Van’s Steakhouse, The Palm, Ruth’s Chris Steak House and Maya for dinner and Gotham Bar & Grill, CafĂ© Boulud, Milos, Estiatorio, Tabla, Alto and Norma’s for lunch.

We were visiting Virginia and discover this nice casual Blue Ridge Grill Restaurant in Brambleton, Virginia. It’s located in Brambleton Town Center, 22865 Brambleton Plaza, tel.: (703) 327-1047. We had nice dinner and quality of food matched the finest restaurants, the portions exceeded expectations and the prices were reasonable. They are serving American dishes from seafood and steaks to great pastas and salads, and it’s great family dining tasting. Weekly specials include a half price bottled wine on Tuesday evenings with purchase of any two entrees. BRG location is right next to the Brambleton movie theater.
I would recommend to try BRG!
