Naya – Modern Lebanese-Mediterranean Mezze & Grill in New York

naya-nyc Naya – a modern Lebanese-Mediterranean Mezze and Grill serving traditional Lebanese fare in a Midtown East. It’s located at 1057 2nd Avenue (between 55th and 56th Street) New York, tel.: 212.319.7777.

The white and silver design remind me some nightclub and it just does not look like place for good food, but I love it and I go back every few month for mezze dinner there. The mezze is my favorite; just order some 10 kind different appetizers (hummus, sujuk, baba ghannouj, stuffed grape leaves) and salads (tabbouleh), char-grilled meats (beef or lamb) and make the best meal.

‘New York has never had a Lebanese restaurant like Naya,’ claims The New York Times and I agree; this is the best Lebanese restaurant in NYC!

Neyla – Best Mediterranean Restaurant in Washington D.C

Restaurant Type: Mediterranean, Middle Eastern
Our Rating: 9.2

Food: 10 • Service: 8 • Décor: 9 • Atmosphere: 10 • Price: 9

This is our favorite Middle Eastern restaurant in the Washington D.C. It’s located in Georgetown 3206 N St NW (between N Potomac St & N Wisconsin Ave) Washington, DC. Tel.: (202) 333-6353.

We have been in Neyla’s many times already and it’s so good, I just can not wait to go back. Usually we have different mezzas and kabobs all of which are delicious. Neyla knows how to mix flavors so every bite is an experience.

The music and energy are always upbeat and table to table belly dancers are fun to watch.
