The Ronda village in Andalucia, Spain

Published by admin under Spain, Travel

Ronda, Puente Nuevo, Spain

Ronda is famous worldwide for its dramatic escarpments and views, and for the deep El Tajo gorge that carries the rio Guadalevín through its center. Visitors make a beeline for the 18th century Puente Nuevo ‘new’ bridge, which straddles the 100m chasm below. The Puente Nuevo is over 200 years old.

Ronda is also famous as the birthplace of modern bullfighting.

Most people visit Ronda by car or bus. The route through the Sierra Bermeja mountains is dramatic.

Marbella: City in Andalusia, Spain – My Favorite Vacation Spot

Published by admin under Hotels, Spain, Travel

Marbella is one of the best beach resort of the Costa del Sol. We were staying at Marriott’s Marbella Beach Resort which is right by the Mediterranean sea and 30 miles from Malaga. This was very favorite place to stay.

Marbella is internationally recognized as a favorite destination for tourists from the UK and Germany. The area around Marbella is particularly popular with those who like Golf. It is easy to reach other places, like Malaga and Algeciras, by bus.
