New York City Restaurant Week Summer 2009
Select from more than 250 participating restaurants for NYC’s Restaurant Week and enjoy scrumptious food at some of the city’s most renowned restaurants at a bargain price. Restaurant Week is truly a great opportunity to try out a restaurant that may usually be to expensive for your budget or may seem like too much of a gamble at normal prices. The most popular Restaurant Week choices are generally booked quickly, so the sooner you get to the phone or computer to make your reservations, the better. Not all restaurants will have the discounted meals on the weekend, so make sure to call and ask this question. Also, some restaurants limit the restaurant week menu (generally a pared down menu which includes some of their specialties) to select seating times during lunch and dinner; so mention that you are interested making a reservation for the Restaurant Week offering.

Do not miss it, it’s really a good deal! I try a few new restaurants every year during Restaurant Week and so far, I have not been disappointed.
Here are some of my favorites: Nobu, Nobu Next Door, David Burke Townhouse, Le Cirque, JoJo, Bobby Van’s Steakhouse, The Palm, Ruth’s Chris Steak House and Maya for dinner and Gotham Bar & Grill, Café Boulud, Milos, Estiatorio, Tabla, Alto and Norma’s for lunch.
